Returns and refund policy
Returns are only accepted for orders delivered within the Netherlands.
For orders shipped outside the Netherlands, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
If your order was delivered within the Netherlands, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us, you then have an additional 14 days to return the item.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged);

include all original tags and packaging;

be accompanied by proof of purchase or an invoice.
Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted or refunded.
How to start a return?
Returns can only be initiated by contacting us in advance via hello@villaarte.nl.
Returns that are not registered and approved in advance will not be accepted or processed.

Return costs & responsibility
Return shipping within the Netherlands costs €7.15, which is the customer’s responsibility. Once your return request has been approved, we will email you a shipping label.
Please note: you are responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping. We strongly recommend packaging the item carefully.
For returns from abroad, customers must arrange their own insured shipping with tracking to the address above. All shipping costs, customs duties or handling fees are at the customer’s expense.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at hello@villaarte.nl. We will ensure an appropriate solution is provided.

Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item? The quickest way is to return the current item and place a new order via our webshop.
You are also very welcome to visit our store in Laren to exchange your item for a different size or product, subject to availability.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be refunded to your original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days.
Please note: it may take a few more days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@villaarte.nl.
